The 450 RC Linear Folder is an electro-pneumatic folding machine, which is suitable for either hot or cold folding on almost any type of leather, and can also be used for many other materials. The thickness of the material is able to range from 0.1 to 2 mm. The fold can also be adjusted from a depth of 2 to 10 mm. The heat can be adjusted as well on the upper and lower pressing plates, up to 100 degrees Celsius. Pressing time can also be programmed to be anywhere from 0.3 seconds all the way up to a 10 second period, which compensates for materials of different thickness. The machine is also equipped with a microprocessor that is capable of detecting there are any malfunctions during operation and will display it for you on the LCD display.
