The 600 RC Linear Folder is an electro-pneumatic folding machine that is suitable for either hot or cold folding on almost any type of leather, and can also be used for many other materials. It gives you the perfect folded edge for a perfect finish. The thickness of the material is able to range from 0.1 to 2 mm. The fold can also be adjusted from a depth of 3 to 10 mm. The heat can be adjusted as well on the upper and lower pressing plates, up to 100 degrees Celsius. Pressing time can also be programmed to be anywhere from 0.3 seconds all the way up to a 10 second period. The machine is also equipped with a microprocessor, which is capable of detecting if an error has occurred and will display it for you on the LCD display.
