The 820 Coupling-Trimming Machine has many different uses. It can round the edges of belts using different shaped knives (belt width can range from 20 to 50 mm). Feather edge belts can be combined in one operation. And reversible feather edge belts can also be produced by simply changing the bottom roller to a soft rubber roller. Another feature is that the combining pressure is automatically set. The machine comes equipped with a variable speed mechanism, a vacuum system and a knife sharpening device.
