The 983 Gluing Machine uses hot melt glue, which is suitable for the gluing of almost any type of material. Materials like leather, imitation leather, cloth, cardboard, plastics, and an assortment of many other materials can be used. The machine has been designed for the leather industry, but has been used extensively in the display, and POP manufacturing industry. The machine comes equipped with a 12Ó silicon roller, which is suitable for gluing even irregular surfaces. The speed of the rollers is variable as well so that you can work at the speed most suitable to for your needs. At full speed you can get about 800 Meters per hour. Also adjustable is the pot temperature, and the roller cavity temperature, independently, to suit the speed of your work cycle. We carry many different hot melt glues for use with this machine, dependent upon application.
