The 990 Matic edge-dying machine is the latest model being produced. Coloring of the edges of material can be carried out with any liquid pigment and is done so automatically once the material is administered to the coloring head. The paint that is used is usually water based so that the cleanup is very simple and takes only a short time; all you need is warm water and a sponge. Opening and closing of the head are controlled by a practical electric pedal which allows the worker the possibility to color square, curved, or round pieces of material. The machine works quickly, accurately, and extremely quietly. This machine is particularly suitable for manufacturing details, leather goods, even narrow-curved articles and several kinds of products like soles, tags, etc. It can be supplied either complete with the support base or with the working head only.
