The 995 Automatic / Electronic Multicutter is suitable for automatically cutting any desired size and length of straps, strings, cords, zippers, tapes, velcro, and many other materials. The 995 is high in functionality and is quite compact. It also features high productivity with very little energy consumption. This machine can produce many pieces in a short time and collects them neatly in a bin located underneath the machine. The machine can be ordered either setup for cold cutting, with special hardened steel scissor blades, which do not require sharpening, or for hot cutting, with heated steel blades that cut by resistance. Other specs: The aspirator is enclosed - The alarm buzzer stops the machine when the machine runs out of material - There is an LCD which keeps track of the number of cuts completed, and remaining in a job - The hot cutting time is regulated in accordance to the thickness and the kind of material that is used - The max draw speed is 18 meter/minute - The maximum width of material to be cut is10mm - The length of material to be cut can be selected from 0 to 30 meters - The 995 has two horizontal supports fore material rolls that are each 50 cm in diameter - It is possible to cut two or three bands of material simultaneously. These are the following models available with their description: 995 F only straight cold cutting, 995 FC straight cold and hot cutting, 995 FCID straight cold and hot cutting plus racking right or left hot cutting system. Consumption of electricity is 250W for cold cutting and 600W for hot cutting. The machine requires 6 Bar of air pressure to operate and can be ordered in 110/220/240/380/400 Volts.
