RP68TE Insole covering, Leather Goods and similar Thermofolding Machine.
The more advanced technology used in the project and manufacture of the mechanical and electronic parts, makes a product of sure confidence, of extreme handling, with high visibility when operating and (unique) with the heat sources placed in such a way not to trouble the operator. This thermofolding machine is particularly designed to fold the edges of covered insoles or leather goods, with or without foam backing. The machine is also designed to fold very small pieces by means of a special foot. An additional table is available if it is required to fold special pieces of work. The glue to be used is a thermocement in flakes melted and filtered in a suitable cement pot with automatic and electronic adjustment of the temperature, which by means of a simple (and therefore of easy maintenance) equipment, is distributed in adjustable quantity .
The present model fits a foot holder lever adjustable in height and a foot that can run into its own housing so that it is possible to process easily, by fitting some further optional parts, the anatomic insoles as well up to 22mm thickness.
