The FPB model line represents one of the most simple and reliable products currently available in the market. The die cutting system is available in three different models:
- With pressure switch to avoid die cutting set-up and allow a fast die change to achieve a very high productivity.
- With timer control to obtain an accurate downstroke.
- With bottom of stroke microswitch to obtain very high end of downstroke accuracy and a longer lasting cutting pad.
The power is adjustable by means of a potentiometer or a digital control placed on top of the beam. The FPB models perform with a very stiff and very light beam rotation mechanism, making use of an alloy beam and an automatic column lubrication system. The die height setting is controlled by means of an electronic measurement that grants a very high cutting accuracy equal to 0.1mm, which assures a longer life for the cutting board and makes removal of the die after the cut much easier than with an older less accurate unit.
