Functions
the panel lets you have the control for different functions and includes the adjustment for the following parameters:
- head horizontal return (to clear the working area)
- head distance from beam to material (vertical daylight)
- die deep penetration; this value allows the machine operator to adapt the cutting force, depending on the die and material conditions
the machine can be used in three different ways:
- with control buttons;
located at the operator front, the machine can be engaged just pressing the control button, the complete cutting cycle will be performed
- with light screen (one passage);
the operator will engage the machine cutting cycle just coming out the detected area
- with light screen (two passages);
the operator will engage the machine cutting cycle coming out the detected area twice
STANDARD FEATURES:
- Display with help text to inform the machine operator in English language about the machine and the production status
- Help section for troubleshooting and machine condition check panel:

á Linear potentiometer (cutting stroke detector)

- Parameters section (only for trained personnel)
- Hydraulic and adjustable head horizontal movement
- Automatic cutting die set up procedure;
by means of just a command, the head press moves forward on top of the die, then the base will arise in low pressure mode, then at the end of cutting die height measure, the base goes down and the head goes back
